Managing and improving financial operations across BAS, PERSAL, LOGIS and RPM, with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy and continuity.

  • Pre-audit, compile, capture and authorise payments while protecting 30-day payment performance.
  • Analyse BAS, PERSAL, Vulindlela and KITSO reports; maintain reconciliations, registers, graphs and statistics.
  • Administer ledgers, journals, claims, revenue, receivables and expenditure aligned to SCOA codes.
  • Support month-end, year-end, IYM and IFS reporting and respond to audit queries with reliable evidence.
  • Maintain asset, operating lease, fleet and payment registers; verify VAT and SARS invoice requirements.
